Suggestions for the site
General comments: Use the home page to link to other parts of the site.
Try to use more variety in your sections... do not use wide single column sections for text, but alternate between single, double and triple column layout. Use more pictures to make the pages interesting.

Use the home page to link to other parts of the website - this is easier once you have added content to the other pages.
A brief introduction to what your organisation is and does is good to include on this page, but you should limit it to a couple paragraphs, and put most of the rest of the text shown here on other pages.

do you have any pictures that could go with this page?
Home > About us > contact us/structure
the pages 'contact us' and 'structure' are likely to be missed, as they are 'buried' at the third level of sub pages, and it is not usual to have sub-pages under the home page. I suggest you move the 'About us' page and the two sub pages out from under the home page, and re-organise most of the rest of the pages so that you have four or five items at the top level and other pages organised underneath.
There is a contact form as part of the site, having both it and the contact us page in the menu can be confusing. You can move the 'contact' page off the menu and link to it as needed (Work with pages > arrange menu links; drag the contact page down under the line that says 'pages not in the menu')
Other pages on the site are currently empty, so it is had for me to say much about them at this point, but you should think about the structure of the site, and put group several of those pages under a menu item:
Here is an example of one way you could organise the pages of this site:
